Virtue Flat Off-Highway Vehicle Area
This OHV area is located in eastern Oregon, near Baker City, about 10 miles due east of I-84.

In Oregon, there are 3 types of "ATV":
Class I are actually ATV's (quads)
Class II are 4x4's
Class III are motorcycles
At Virtue Flat, there are trails for all 3 classes, rated in difficulty from "easiest" to "most difficult".
The entire area is designated as open to cross-country travel, so you can go wherever you want.
There is a staging area, restroom, and bulletin board.
